My Letter to you!
I would like to acquire a Production Artist/Graphic Design (freelance or permanent) position. I believe that the position
I am seeking would allow me the opportunity to both utilize my skills set and apply my knowledge. And, equally attractive,
is to be an integral part of a creative team within an environment that encourages valuable learning and sharing of knowledge,
extremely important to my professional goals.
My career as a freelance and full time employee has afforded me a broad range of positions in the industry of graphic
arts. Experiences in my career include a broad mix; such as, commercial bookbinding, and offset printing, mechanical drafting,
chart plotting, comp rendering, print production/traffic management, digital illustrating, graphic design and desktop publishing.
Early in my career, acquiring fundamental skills was prerequisite to building and expanding my creative abilities
My interesting and broad experiences led to my producing some of the high visibility creative work that I have provided
as a designer for such as Macmillan/McGraw-Hill, Sadlier-Oxford, Klemtner Advertising, Saatchi & Saatchi, and others.
I would very much appreciate the opportunity to meet with you and to share my portfolio with you. If my background and
accomplishments seem to be a fit for a production artist or graphic design position, then I hope we can get together at your
